Grown on the Mornington Peninsula, these sweet and soft blueberries are surrounded by 30 acres of nature. Handpicked, cooled and juiced by the Kloe family; then distilled by us to bring you a boutique spirit you won’t find anywhere else in the world.

Grape Spirit (Grappa)
Legend says the first ever grappa was made by a Roman soldier using stolen equipment in 2nd century Italy; but our favourite tales of clandestine grappa making come from the Nonnis of Melbourne. Unable to buy it, they made it - turning their bathrooms and backyards into bootleg grappa labs; defying laws and liquor stores to keep their legacy alive.
Inspired by this rebellious spirit, we took a beloved Australian wine and distilled it into a drink our Nonnis would be proud to call grappa.

Lemon Spirit
BRONZE MEDAL WINNER - 2024 AUSTRALIAN DISTILLED SPIRIT AWARDS - “FRUIT INFUSED SPIRIT”.
It seems like every second house in the inner west of Melbourne has a lemon tree in the backyard, many of them planted generations ago by European migrants bringing with them tastes of home.
Made like traditional limoncello, but with our own technique for distilling lemon juice, this is definitely a spirit and not a liqueur.
Infused with lemon peels (as Nonna instructed) this is a spirit has a pleasant citrusy nose, bold, with a great fresh and zesty lemon flavour.

This balanced Australian Dry gin layers strawberry gum and zesty white grapefruit peel enlivened by native pepper berry, it is the ultimate companion to kick back and cool off with.
A Juniper forward Australian Dry style gin. The dry citrus hit of coriander seeds is accentuated by organic white grapefruit peel, providing fresh zesty qualities of citrus with subtle hints of bitter lemon. Floral top notes of lavender and orris root, with earthy undertones from angelica root presenting on the nose. The Australian native botanicals of sweet strawberry gum and hot pepper berry linger on the finish which is elongated by the nuttiness of roasted native wattle seed.

This new age gin is very contemporary, full of the lively flavours of fresh mango, raspberry and grapefruit. Shaken up with a little red rose and river mint, it brings the sweetness to make sun-kissed afternoons shine a little brighter.

With a gentle piney juniper and dry coriander seed base lifted up by fresh Australian mangos, raspberries, and white grapefruit juice to create a lively character. Highlighted by the delicate floral flavours of red rose petals and lavender, and warmed by cassia bark. Australian native botanicals of strawberry gum, lilli pilli and river-mint give a gentle, sweet, berry like element and deliciously refreshing.

Hearts Afire
This modern dry gin is a complex balance of nutmeg, cloves and aniseed myrtle blended beautifully with sweet orange peel, lilli-pilli and cassia. Like a deep embrace, it is sure to warm the soul.
A warming spice driven gin with a unique balance of Australian native botanicals and aromatic winter spices. Sweet orange peel, native strawberry gum and macerated lilli-pilli offers a gentle sweet backbone, which is warmed by the fragrant spicy notes of aniseed myrtle, cloves, nutmeg and cassia. Hot green cardamom and black peppercorn are carried through in the long nutty and coffee-like finish provided by the soft oils of native roasted wattle seed. A balanced sweet spice gin with a long peppery finish.

Royal Blood
This savoury Navy Strength gin reveals each flavour in turn, fresh rosemary, olive leaf, salt bush and mountain pepper leaf boost the classic cardamom heat. Smooth as silk for special times.
Juniper forward, dry, slightly citrus, and extremely savoury. With herbal and aromatic characters of fresh vapour distilled rosemary leaf, supported by bay leaf, olive leaf and black peppercorns, that are amplified by the Australian natives of spicy mountain pepper leaf, fragrant and savoury salt bush and salty sea parsley. A bold amount of roasted native wattle seeds lengthens the finish and exaggerates the heat of green cardamom.
